The staff here is truly amazing! I just moved to Indy and brought my new kitten and they were so kind and caring, it even seemed like they loved my pet the way that I do. The place is also so clean and not overcrowded! This place takes the stress out of bringing a pet to the vet. Thanks, Mass Ave Animal Clinic!
We love this clinic! All the staff are so caring with our cats and the prices are reasonable. We recommend th whenever friends ask where we take our pets.
Dr. Squires was amazing with my lil girl. She took care of our issues and I'm grateful. We have a new vet! 😀
The people were extremely happy and nice they offered me drinks and handled my dog quickly and Efficiently. They answered all my questions about everything I had about my dog. The place was very clean. They are a little on the pricey side of things but pets can be that way sometimes. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and will be taking my dog back again. Thanks mass ave animal clinic you truly are great people.
What a lovely relaxing visit. Relaxing because everyone was calm, competent, and courteous, and they straightforwardly examined my dog and explained everything to me. As someone new to Indy I chose this clinic because two folks I know recommended it so highly. I see why.
5 paws! I rescued 2 lovely girls from the Cat Cafe' and chose Mass Ave Animal Clinic for location, but could not be happier. I am 67 and my girls (Isis and Neferitiri) are my grandchildren. The staff understands and does not mind me being quirky. I highly recommend them!
I just moved to Indy from New Jersey with a kitty with lymphoma. I am already so very happy with the care received at Mass Ave Animal Clinic. We had our first visit this past week, and I felt so put at ease with every member of the team. Dr. Smith was wonderful with Kitty and took the time to answer my many questions and explained all options for care moving forward. The attention to detail in the appointment is noticeable, and the care is compassionate and patient. I felt as though Kitty was treated like a true family member! So happy to have quickly found our new vet home. Thank you, Mass Ave Animal Clinic!
I give this clinic five paws!! I’m new in Indianapolis and was quite nervous to find a veterinarian care team for my felines as the three of them are now senior pets. From reception to veterinarian I felt my animal, and myself, were respected and cared for. They were happy to answer my questions, explain their reasoning, and have taken excellent care of my cat thus far. I’d recommend Mass Ave animal clinic to anyone in the area looking for prompt and excellent care.
The staff are super friendly, and really understanding. They call and even follow up if your pet has had a sick visit recently to see if you have any questions or concerns. Overall great experience with the staff, facility, and level of care. Really reasonable price, too, for the level of care and service they provide.
Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I set up an appointment and when the day came, I was in and out very timely. They helped me understand what exactly I needed to update all my dogs records. Very gentle with my little girl Luna.
